Refund Policy
Refund Policy - the basics
At Hallie’s Haven, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as fair and transparent as possible while ensuring the continued operation of our venue. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking your event.
Booking Deposit
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This deposit will be applied toward your total event cost but is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Clients who cancel their event 200 days or more before the scheduled event date are eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit.
No Refunds Within 200 Days
If the event is canceled less than 200 days before the scheduled date, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place due to the limited number of available dates and the difficulty of rebooking on short notice.
Rescheduling
We do not offer refunds for rescheduled events, but depending on availability, we may work with you to reschedule your event within a reasonable timeframe. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to additional fees.
